The weekend is sure to be a winner what with a couple of captivating contests, a mouthwatering menu, edifying educationals, and a wild and wacky time overall. Please note that there is no need to print off the schedule below as you will receive a copy of the schedule with your registration.

Friday Night ~ November 5th, 2010
3:00pm – 7:00pm Conference Registration in the Monhegan Room
3:00pm – 7:00pm Bookstore in the Ebb Tide Room –
~also view our raffle items~
5:00pm – 6:00pm Past District Governor’s Meeting in the North Samoset Room
6:00pm – 7:00pm First Timer’s Celebration & Meeting in the Lobster Trap
~this will be in a Deluxe Suite, signs will be posted directing you there~
6:00pm – 7:00pm Reception at the Bay Point Bridge
~there will be a cash bar available through dinner~
7:00pm – 7:15pm Parade of Flags at the Bay Point Bridge to the Bay Point Ballroom –
~be sure to bring your club banners and stands to display your flag all week-end~
7:15pm – 8:30pm Conference Opening and Dinner in the Bay Point Ballroom
8:30pm – 10pm ‘Lobster Tales’ in the Schooner Room –
~come and hear or deliver a Tall Tale, vote for the one you like best~
10:00pm – 2:00am Hospitality Suite in the Lobster Trap
~this will be in a Deluxe Suite, signs will be posted directing you there~

 

Saturday ~ November 6th, 2010

7:00am – 8:30am District Executive Council meeting & breakfast in the North Samoset Room
~this is for the District leadership team, Division & Area Governors only~
7:30am - 5pm Conference Registration in the Monhegan Room
~Credentials Desk will be here from 8am through 12:30pm~
8:00am – 5:00pm Bookstore in the Ebb Tide Room –

8:30am – 8:45am Break Time
8:45am – 9:00am Welcome & Announcements in the Bay Point Ballroom
9:05am – 10:30am Judges Workshop in the North Samoset Room
~mandatory for contest judges & anyone else who needs training is welcome~
9:05am – 9:45am Educational Presentation in the Camden Room
9:50am – 10:30am Educational Presentation in the Camden Room
10:35am – 11:15am Educational Presentation in the Camden Room
11:20am – 12:15pm Educational Presentation in the Camden Room
~we may adjust these sessions to offer 3 instead of 4, basic timeframes remain the

in the Rockport Room
