Make sure that your club's views are represented in our District 45 Toastmasters business session. Your club President and your club VP-Education are eligible to vote in the meeting. However, if they are not attending the conference, they can pass along this vote to a club member who is attending. To do so, they must complete the proxy form and give it to the member who is attending the conference. This individual must then register the proxy at the proxy desk prior to the business meeting.
